  6. Dump the SQL table, open a ticket with the help desk and ask them to import it for you. And yes, you should be able to work on the old website as long as it's not using the same database.

  9. I don't know of a way but it usually won't work anyway as they add more spam accounts than you can manage. I signed up with MX Guarddog and it catches a good amount of spam.

  11. .htaccess files are applied from the current directory up, stopping at the main configuration. Any rules and directives that are in the current directory's .htaccess file, supersede any other rules found while evaluating .htaccess further up. If it's not working that way please open a ticket with the help desk and have them take a look.

  13. You can install WordPress right from the control panel of your hosting account. Dreamweaver and webEasy you can host anywhere you like as well.
  14. Welcome to the forums Mario. There are several and easy to find with a Google search of "website design software". WebEasy Professional or Dreamweaver come to mind. I always coded my pages by hand until I switched to using WordPress.
