Yes the home backup has all your files and email, and with the databases and filters and alias(forwards) you have all you need. I just did this to an account, terminated it, added it as a new account and restored eveything this way.

Yes its better to install your self. Keep notes on what you did and the database settings, and it will help with the next script. After editing the configs I like to zip it all back up and upload it with file manager to extract it in the desired folder. Its much faster than using ftp to transfer one file at a time.

Welcome to the forums I am showing cPanel 10.2.0-R25 The techs can normally transfer your site for you since you have cpanel. The stats are in your home > tmp > awstats folder. If they do not transfer, just copy them over. There are many wordpress users here and can offer help if you need it. You can open a help ticket (link at top of page) and ask the techs to park another domain on top of your account, no charge. You of course will have to point the other domain to the DNS in your welcome e-mail. As to support for your account for server problems, there are techs from all over, so the time should not matter. If you need help with third party scripts, you can get it here from the family members. If you have any other question, please ask.

There is not much you can do when a spammer or others send e-mail using a false addy like one from our own domain. I have been getting a bunch of failed deliveries with my domain as the sender Fortunately the headers will prove it did not come form our domains.
