if you goto your /forum/ssi_examples.php that may help it looks like to use SSI.php in your page add at the very top of your page before the tag on line 1: <?php require("path/SSI.php"); ?> then use the examples from that ssi_examples.php page.

If you purchased the new domain from totalchoicehosting that is why the DNS is pointed to DNS3.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING.COM include that in your ticket, and they will help you change it to what it needs to be.

Just open a ticket to Technical Support with your current account info, username, password and explain that you want to change the account domain name to NewDomainName and park the current DomainName on your account.

Did you open a help desk ticket to have the account domain changed? In addition to you pointing the new domain to your DNS info in your welcome e-mail the techs need to change your account to use the new domain. And if you want have them park the old domain on top of your account. The old domain will then resolve to your account until it expires.

Welcome to the forum Daphne If in the rare case the cpanel to cpanel will not work be sure to goto your cpanel > backup and download your databases and the home directory backup which you could then restore here and of course edit the config files for your OSCommerce to reflect your user name here for the database.
