  12. I don't think its apache, or others would have a problem. Did you upload the files in binary or text as per their instructions and do you need to change any permissions? With out seeing the link to the script its hard to offer more ideas. My self I would look for a script in php.

  17. Except for my cpanel accounts here I do not use my ISP e-mail and get no spam there. I do get a lot from one of my sites, because I started out years ago with the addy on a page. Spam assassin marks most spam, and I use pop tray to check e-mail and delete the ones marked by spam assassin and pop tray filters mark even more so I can click a button to delete them. I am left with only 10-12 a day to delete my self.
  18. As far as I know there should not be any text after :fail: I will have to send myself something to see what the reurn is but I expect it will be a mail delivery failure
  19. The full backup is everything the techs need to restore your account and is created in your root folder (/home/user/) You can download it with ftp, but its huge! the Download a home directory Backup is all your files and e-mail but not databases and e-mail alias and filters (which you can also download) It is a way for you to restore all your files if you make a radical change or you are using web based systems like blog or cms you can still back everything up. Give it a try and then browse inside the compressed file
  20. The full backup does go into your account, But the home backup is downloaded to your computer, and you can upload it unlike the full backup.
  21. Have you tried cpanel > backup > download a home backup ? look below Home Directory for a link Download a home directory Backup if that works also download in the same place your databases and filters and alias. Download a MySQL Database Backup Download Aliases or Filters Backup This will get you compressed backups that you can restore in the same place. You can also unpack the home backup to get at the files.
  22. Thank you very much Dick
