Hello TCH Family, The commercial power company will be performing maintenance on 12/10/2023 between the hours of 8:00 - 16:00 impacting our 24700 Northwestern Hwy Southfield, MI Facility. Data Center technicians will shift the power load to the generator for the duration of the maintenance. DATE :: April 2, 2023 TIME :: 21:00 - 22:30 EST Downtime is expected to be ~ 30 to 45 minutes. However, the entire time frame listed is reserved. Detroit Edison will be performing maintenance on 02/04/23 between the hours of 08:00-19:00 EST (8am-7pm). There is no downtime expected. Building power will be transitioned to generators at 07:45 and remain on until commercial power is restored. The facilities team will be onsite to monitor generators. TotalChoice will be performing maintenance on 01/07/2023 between the hours of 00:00-06:00 EST (12am-6am). Technicians will be slotting new line cards on Core switches. There is no scheduled downtime with this maintenance however it is considered high risk due to the nature of the work.
