I've put in two so far and one had a 28 minute response time, and one had a 3 minute response time! Good job! A lot of the response time is dependent on how much 'behind the scenes' work we have to do...looking up you account, verifying that it is set up correctly, and testing to resolve the issue the support desk ticket is referenced.
