Here's an exercise program for the new year. Some say it's targeted for seniors, but after having done it I have to say I know a number of people who could benefit from it, whether they are seniors or not.

 

You might want to take it easy at first, then build up your speed and repetitions as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

 

ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.

A few days of this and I'll be fit for cross-country running in no time!
