Why does TCH remind me so much of SBC? I sign up for an account, they say 99.9% up time and all this great stuff. I get my user name and password, it doesnt work. I message a tech and setup a help ticket. The tech says that my account got messed up and they will fix it soon and the password that I have will work when they are done. Then another tech tells me that I need to have my password changed and to send them some information that I just sent them!! Then I send them the information and they say that the server that my website is on is down. So far the server has been down for 100% of the time I have had the service (2 days). They refuse to put me on a working server. They charged me a pro rated rate for the days untill next month even though I am not getting to use their service. The only other company I know that acts like this is SBC and they just had a class action law suit filed against them.

Account provisions go wacky at times, its just a fact of life.

 

But for you to accuse us of refusing to place you on a working server is the craziest thing I have ever heard.

 

Send me a email and I will look into the issues.

 

But please give us a chance to correct problems before accusing us of acting like SBC.

 

My yahoo/aol is on almost 20 hours a day (tchgurubill). I would have personally answered your questions. Tell me the name of a CEO at SBC that offers that to his clients and I will pay your phone bill for the next six months.

 

Either way I am sorry if you had issues. Give me a chat on Yahoo/AOL or drop me a email and I will refund your first month of service as a sign of good faith on our part.

 

We are trying our hardest every day to make happy clients. Sorry if we failed you.

The man's serious - take him up on his offer, you won't regret it. Problems don't get ignored around here, by anyone, especially not the head man.

 

Sorry you had a tough time, but it was that .01% that happened not the 99.9% of great service we're used to here at TCH. Promise!
