DarkHavoc Posted October 29, 2003 Author Posted October 29, 2003 domain name is TerminatorsOfLife.com Quote
jslagle Posted October 29, 2003 Posted October 29, 2003 You should check with your domain registrar. You should have received a confirmation email with a web address in it. A whois search doesn't find you and the name shows available for registration. Quote
DarkHavoc Posted October 29, 2003 Author Posted October 29, 2003 uh ohhh.. i thought it was taken care of.. when i signed up for my TCH acct i put in the wrong email address.. im guessin they gave internic the wrong email too! can someone help me fix this i dont know what to do Quote
TCH-Andy Posted October 29, 2003 Posted October 29, 2003 It appears to be still available - my recommendation would be to purchase it from Domain name purchase. Quote
jslagle Posted October 29, 2003 Posted October 29, 2003 When you signed up with TCH did you just put the name you wanted on your hosting account or did you go to their domain name section and separately purchase your name? The two processes are separate. Andy's email has the link for the domain name purchase. Quote
DarkHavoc Posted October 29, 2003 Author Posted October 29, 2003 i put what domain i wanted when i signed up even my email says i should haver terminatorsoflife.com that i got from TCH confirming my account. i dont know whats goin on and tech support isnt online. even my cpanel stuff are all sayin terminatorsoflife.com which is why i said i couldnt do anything =/ Quote
TCH-Rick Posted October 29, 2003 Posted October 29, 2003 Domain registration is not included with the purchase of a hosting account. It is a separate transaction. You can register the domain for $10.95 a year with us or you can register with a different registrar and have the nameservers set tho the ones given in your welcome email. It will take 24-72 hours for the domain to propagate once it is registered. Quote
