I used the form on the site but they didn't respond. I am trying to cancel my hosting but it is proving veeerrrrrry hard to do.

I have exactly the same problem, approaching the third bill after asking for cancellation of a sandbox site.

 

This is the first issue I have had with TCH.

 

You need my $4 month that badly?
