Carol Walck Posted June 6, 2007 Posted June 6, 2007 I have spent time with TCH yesterday and they say my website is fine. But I can't get into it unless I type the address in "run" Like in Start run. I can't type it into my browser and get it it says that web site is not available. So I finally got into cpanel by still typing the address in start, run. It says last visited by **.**.**.**..................... I didn't think anyone could get into your cpanel. Am I missing something here. I have spent 2 whole days on this and it is still not resolved. I am a little tiffed. Quote

The reason there hasn't been a resolution on the problem is that your account on the server is working fine. If you can get to it via your start, run, but not via your browser, there is likely a browser configuration problem on your machine. What browser are you using? Quote
