Lianna Posted July 15, 2003 Posted July 15, 2003 Unless you are on a dedicated server, then MySQL is a shared app. So, no, if that install script assumes that you have root ownership of the necessary MySQL files, then you will not be able to install it using their script as-is. (Somebody pop in if I am missing something obvious, k?) Quote
