Another major thank you goes to TCH ANDY. When I saw his avatar I thought 'he has a kind face', boy was that right. I was to the point of frustration and total meltdown that I was going to DEMAND a refund and go elsewhere, not ask politely. I was madder than a wet hen.

 

This man has superior people handling skills, he let me rant and vent, defused my rage, charmed me, and FIXED the problem. Then, because he is also a smart man, he explained what went wrong.

 

Seven times I thank you Andy, and if they ever give you a vacation come on over and we will point you to the good surf spots and take you to look at cows.

I've made it part way towards you, but Bill has now locked me in our Data Centre for a while in Michigan ... if I manage to escape I'd love to come and see the cows and surf. I looked at the photos you had, it looks a really nice spot.
