This is an update the Head Guru made earlier in the week about getting a new help desk, due to all the password reset problems we've been receiving. All the links on the pages are being changed one by one so hang in with us! The official "start" date for you to start using these new services is: Sunday, July 13, 2003 at 8:00 pm EST Till then please don't use it as we are just putting some finishing touches on it before then. Now as you can see it's 110% better than the old help desk system. You also now have four choices at your fingertips: Troubleshooter: This will include some troubleshooting tips as soon as we can get to getting them posted. It will have some step-by-step problem solves that will hopefully answer your question before you have to even think of sumbiting a ticket! Knowledgebase: This will be a quick list of FAQ's that also will soon be updated as soon as we can get to it. (Stick with us on the two enhancements mentioned above, it's been a busy weekend for all of us!) Ticket Status: Here you can put in the code given to you in your email after submitting a ticket to check up on the status of your ticket. Submit a Ticket: Submit a ticket to us! Our new chat will be taking the place of the old "Online Opperator" system we were using. Links to it will be coming soon. So sit on the edge of your seat and get ready! I've been away since part way through the server upgrades, and another week before I'm back - I couldn't resist diving in to see what was going on though Just want to get back and use the new system Rock Sign Andy
