I'm brand new to TCH and have recently relocated two of my sites to be hosted here.

 

I had some issues regarding the use of PHP as opposed to CGI forms and even though no one really had to help me figure this out I got the most AMAZING help and technical support from TCH.

 

My two sites have transitioned incredibly smoothly, the support has been overwhelmingly amazing and I am incredibly impressed.

 

Sorry for gushing, but my experience with Tech support at other hosting companies has not been stellar.

 

Total Choice is a wonderful company and I am very glad to have made the switch. Price was the main thing in switching over, but I have recieved value way ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations considering the low price I paid. Usually when you pay a low price for something you get low service or quality. I am finding with Total Choice that the price is amazing and the service far exceeds any expectations. Quality, outstanding servie and great value- you can't ask for more :huh:

Thanks for the kind comments and Welcome to the Total Choice Web Hosting family. Your problem in another thread wins the prize as "the most unusual" problem of the day and glad we got it figured out.

 

I'm checking on some of your other questions. I did go to your main site and grabbed a couple of the mp3s. I'm listening to "Confused" right now. Very nice!

Yes, that manual folder issue was a stumper! I'm glad you figured it out :huh: I was beginning to think I was worse at this web stuff than I thought... LOL

I'm so happy with TCH that I moved all 7 of my sites over here!

I am setting up all your new accounts now. I am going to spread them out over seperate servers and even split them up between two data centers. This way if one server goes down all your accounts are not on the same server, same goes with the data center, if it goes down not all your accounts go with it.
