michéal Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 I cannot ftp into my account, I can open the site on the internet, access my cpanel but not ftp. I want to update my site but just cannot do it. Any ideas Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Well, how are you trying to do it? What FTP client? Are you accessing your site as ftp.your-tch-domain.ext? Do you have the correct username and password entered? Quote
michéal Posted January 12, 2006 Author Posted January 12, 2006 accessing it the way I always have, there never was a problem like this before. Checked everything to make sure they were right and everything was fine. Gone into 2 hoours now. I think i will leave it alone and try tomorrow, I may have better luck. Thanks Bruce Quote
