Server 115 is running fine, and I've just checked several sites on there that are all coming up nice and quickly - so yes, please open a ticket, and I'd also suggest a tracert.

The most common reason is that there were too many failed log in attempts from your IP address. This can include either email or ftp log ins as well as cPanel log ins.

I received an very quick response from Support. They told me my IP was blocked :eek: . Do I have a right to know why?

Of course you do, but remember that most folks that frequent the forums and the Forum Moderators do not have access to your account information and a followup to the helpdesk is best for those kinds of things. Besides, if anything bad happened you could discuss it in private with them... but mostly because we don't have access to the accounts.
