Guest ykol20 Posted May 21, 2003 Posted May 21, 2003 when i try to enter it says "acces denied" on the page, how do i type in my username and password to get in, i never get the window to type it in before it shows the acces denied screen. any answer would be helpful, it might be a browser setting thats not popping up the password box. TCH-Rick Posted May 21, 2003 Posted May 21, 2003 Are you running some sort of pop-up stopper. That is an odd problem. As a work around for now, you might try getting into the cPanel by using the format http://username:password@ipaddress:2082. That should get you in. You might want to submit a Help Desk Ticket and let us be sure it's working correctly. Quote
