dominat Posted January 11, 2005 Posted January 11, 2005 Hi,I'm having trouble with 2 of my subdomains, everytime I click on the link,I'm getting a page can not be displayed, even when I open it up in my computer,my graphics and html pages are x's,but my domain and my older subdomains work fine. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to fix it please? Thank you much. Tina Quote
TCH-Rob Posted January 11, 2005 Posted January 11, 2005 May I ask how you created your subdomains? Quote
TCH-Rick Posted January 11, 2005 Posted January 11, 2005 Please submit a Help Desk ticket using the link at the top of this page. It sounds like there could be a problem with the DNS Zone but we would need more information to be able to check. Quote

TCH-Rick Posted January 11, 2005 Posted January 11, 2005 I did rebuild your DNS Zone after replying to the Help Desk ticket. You may need to wait a bit for the changes to propagate but all of the subdomains are resolving for me now. Quote

People have posted about it hundreds of times on the CPANEL forums, but as of yet (at leasty to my knowledge) there has been no definitive fix. Just wanted to let you know that, so you didn't think it was something you had done wrong. Quote
snipe Posted January 16, 2005 Posted January 16, 2005 To clarify - its the dodginess of the subdomains that is complained about often. Cpanel lets everything go through sometimes, but people (including myself) run into the problem of the subdomains created that way being flaky, showing up sometimes and not others, or not showing up at all.
