bellringr Posted August 1, 2004 Posted August 1, 2004 It's just after 8am here so I have no idea what we'll be eating for dinner tonight, but last night I made a pot of homemade beef vegetable soup with veggies freshly grown at a farm outside of town. The night before was chicken tikka masala, pakoras, samosa, naan, and kulfee for dessert. Now THAT'S a meal! Quote

TCH-Rob Posted August 2, 2004 Posted August 2, 2004 Thomas, Indian I think. Last night I had chicken curry. Tonight I made swiss and spinach stuffed pork tenderloin with grilled yellow and zucchini squash and asparagus and small red potatoes. Veggies covered with garlic butter and served piping hot. Quote
