how can I know on which server am I hosted? Do I need to open a ticket to know that?

I'd like to know to follow the info about downtime, upgrade, etc..

And is it also possible to know the server specs?

As far as knowing which server you are on, you can see the server number when you log into your CPanel. It should say "Welcome to Server71" at the top.
