Hi, It sounds to me like you will need to get a tech to look if somethings wrong with your account, so you will need to open a ticket to the help desk. Link on top of page and in my signature. I forgot to say, make sure all folders in your webmail are empty, such as trash etc, then if problem still exists, open a ticket.

I think we can give them one clue. Nah.

I think but not sure that this release will patch this vulnerability.

It does from my part of the world, so it´s probably a propagation issue. It can take up to 72 hours before the domain have propagated through all the nameservers in the world.
