I was gonna suggest a CMS like Drupal that I see you already have installed. I don´t know that much about Drupal but with Joomla (also available in the Fantastico part of your cpanel) you should be able to do what you want. You may need a few extensions which you can find on joomla.org.

If your current host uses cpanel, you could submit a ticket to our techs after the purchase of the hosting and ask them to try a cpanel to cpanel transfer. This would make the transfer of your site smooth and fast. The thing that would take the longest time I think, is the propagation of the domain which could take up to 72 hours (but usually faster).
