  1. Welcome to the forum, Smitty. I´m glad to hear that your problems are solved. Let´s hope the hackers stays out now.
  2. No!
  3. The sites has been added to the blogs page. Please verify that they look/works as expected. You might want to remove the 2nd backlink found in Uploadforyou since you are not hosted with them.
  4. Rick is correct.
  5. I am on server 365 and if I enable the visual editor I get an editor looking like your 2nd screen shot, but if I disable it I am getting one that looks pretty close to your 1st screen shot. So no TCH related problem as far as I can see.
  6. Sorry, I can´t do it just yet because: 1) On The Reviewer, I can not find a backlink. 2) On Uploadforyou, I find a backlink, but not to TCH. Please correct this and and let us know here when fixed and they will be added.
  7. If you want, you can always chat with the techs, either through the live chat or one of their instant messengers. Contact details are here. I forgot to say. I am not sure at what stage in the ticket process this error happens but the helpdesk seems to work now.
  8. continue
  9. Welcome to the forum, Cindy.
  10. The site has been added to the Non profit page. Please verify that it looks/works as expected.
  11. I am glad to hear it. Let the fun begin now.
  12. Don´t give up just yet. Do you have a link to your wordpress blog? You can pm me it if you don´t want it out in the public.
  13. happy
  14. We will, if you give us the information we need for it, described here.
  15. It haven´t reverted back yet, so there is hope that the problems are over for you.
  16. When you have unzipped the theme folder in the wp-content > themes, you should have a folder structure looking similar to this (assuming you have wordpress installed in a subfolder): Sufolders name (name of the folder you installed wp in) wp-content themes classic default your downloaded themes name Now, please go to your-tch-hosted-domain.com/subfoldername/wp-login.php and log in using the info you entered as log in info when you set up wp through Fantastico. When you have logged in: Tab #6 from the left should be named "Presentation", please click it. Under "Available themes" you should see all themes currently uploaded to wp (those in the themes in the folder structure above) Click the image under the your downloaded themes name. WP will activate it and when it´s done you can scroll back up to the top of page and right-click the "View site" link to see the new theme installed.
  17. That seems to be an untested suggestion and nothing you should do at the moment. As for heyguys other answer, yes, thats probably a better thing to try at the moment.
  18. Sleep
  19. Mine never auto updates. Or maybe I am too fast with clicking the update button.
  20. Thunderbird 2.0.0.4 have been released. As usual, read more / get it at: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird/ or click the update button in the help menu.
  21. I would ask the helpdesk now (since this have been going on for some time) if they can find out if anyone else but you have been visiting your account and doing this. I don´t know if they can, but it doesn´t hurt to ask.
  22. You will need to download the theme from where you find one on the web and upload it to your theme folder in (wp-content/themes), if you do it by ftp, you will need to extract the zip file first, if through cpanels file manager you should be able to upload the zip file to the server and extract it there. Then, go to your wordpress admin page and to the presentation screen and you should see the theme there, now you just have to click the theme to activate it.
  23. Welcome to the forum, Alondria.
  24. Below that is a note telling me to leave it empty if I want to install it in the root directory of the domain ... etc. Do I want it to install in the root directory of the domain? If I don't, would you please tell me exactly what you want me to type in that box. I'll follow it. I would install it in "Test" or something similar, ie a subfolder Now, go down to Admin Access data: What exactly do I type in here? You may enter whatever login name and password you want in that box. Whatever you choose, do not forget it since you need this info when you log in to your wordpress admin. What do I type where it says Description? You can enter anything you want. I believe it will be editable through the wordpress admin later. Now go down to Email account config - I'm assuming I use the password I use in cpanel? This is a new feature for me, I havent seen it in an wordpress installation before but Iwould assume it wants access to an email account since you can post in your blog using email.
  25. Does the "last post" image show up if you are using any other theme? If yes, what happens if you reupload that image through either ftp or cpanel to the folder SMF is supposed to find it in? Apart from that, is the theme you are using compatible with the new version, ie the new version might be looking for something it can´t find due to a rewritten script and therefor looking for something it can not find and for that reason not showing the image? What I mean is that in the earlier version the code might have said "Show last-post-image.gif" and now it says "Show last-post-image.jpg"
