I believe the only thing needed to do is to pay the bill for the domain. For the hosting, submit a ticket with the Help desk billing department explaining you do not want it to be renewed from august. If there are any other procedures needed to cancel the hosting, the billing people will let you know.

Welcome to the forum, trg. I have never used mail2web (and can therefor be wrong about this) but if I understand you correct, if it works when you try to log in the advanced way but not in a "default" way, I´d assume it´s something wrong at their end and not your email/password/TCH.

Why not use youtube or flickr to show your videos? Then it would just be a matter of uploading it, copy the embed code and then paste the code on your site.
