Hi Bruce, I have not tried Help. I was hoping that someone had already experienced the same problem and had a fix instead of your guys having to do a bunch of trouble shooting for us. We've done everything recommended at SlideshowPro and they have had a go at it themselves. I will resort to Help Desk if need be. Thanks for the prompt reply. Cheers, Tony

We're having no luck with getting SlideshowPro Director to run on our dedicated TCH server. Runs fine on the SlideshowPro hosted server. www.slideshowpro.net Anyone out there running it successfully on a TCH server? Thanks and cheers, Tony
