Yes, it was another thread. I got tab happy in firefox and didn't look at to which thread I was replying. Sry! (FWIW...it was the Web Development plugin for firefox.) -
Cpanel/webmail Inaccessible With Firefox

Yes it is! Thanks for bringing it to our attention! (Don turned me on to this tool! Thanks Don!) -
Welcome to the fourms and thanks for the kind words.

Sawasdi, Carl! You're best course of action is to follow what David instructed. For additional information, see this thread. When you pose your question on surefire's forum, make sure you explain the errors you are getting, what it's doing (or not doing), etc.

It looks like Samrc and I are related! (Distant cousins.) My brother Goober is above.

As stated above (and in other threads), TCH does not support 3rd party scripts. If you feel that you are having a problem with Ultimate Form Mail, please use surefire's web forum to ask those types of questions.

Crusty Pottydunkin Not sure if I like this one

And a big welcome from me, too! Glad you found the problem and shared the solution with everyone.

If it's any consolation Ty, when Hurricane Ivan hit last year, it tore the roof off of the radar room at the Pensacola Airport. Fortunately, the controllers, like you, turned things off quickly. After some drying out and cleaning, the radar scopes (and other electronic items) came back up without any problems. Hopefully you got to it in time and your laptop will come back up without any problems either. Good luck.

Unable To Delete A Folder Using File Mgr Or Ws_ftp
stevevan replied to OnlineAutorama's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
The techs respond to each and every help desk ticket as soon as they can. As long as you fully explain what you need done or the problem you are having, they will respond in their usual TCH-quick manner. If they need more information, they'll respond on the ticket. Be sure you check your email inbox. For others who are following this thread, the help desk is the way to go for server-specific issues. -
Unable To Delete A Folder Using File Mgr Or Ws_ftp

Strange that this should have happened, but the best (and quickest) way to go is via the help desk. (Speaking from experience here!) -
Welcome to the forums, justnana. At least you know your virus detector is doing it's job! Such is life on the internet.

Does anyone know of any software out there that will create a site map of your web site? Oh yeah...preferably shareware or under GNU/GPL.

Whew! We dodged one again. After Ivan, I will say that most everyone here was VERY prepared. No panic seen at all. Minor power outages, very minor structural damage, a little flooding here and there. We came through pretty darn good. Now we're gonna share all that rain with our friends in the north and north east! Here ya go!
-
Don't ya just HATE that? It's always the simple stuff too! Glad you got it fixed! (At least you learned a little about different versions of Linux!)

I have it working on two web sites hosted by TCH and they work just fine. Ask for some help on his forum. (He checks there a little more often than here.)

UPDATE: Ivan...oops...Arlene just came ashore directly over Pensacola. Here in Navarre (about 20 miles east) we had brief heavy rain and quite a bit of wind earlier. Now things are still blowing around pretty good with a lot of heavy rain. I'm also part of the local emergency communications team and can report that there are scattered power outages, lines, and trees down. Little more rain and in a few more hours it'll all be done. We're doin okay...relatively speaking!

Ahhhhhh! The price to live in each other's paradise! I feel sorry for those people here who still haven't gotten their homes repaired yet from last September! Things have just now started in Pensacola. I'm hoping the power stays on all day so I can keep checking in with my "family".
-
Well, if you want rain that much, I'm sure we'll have a lot for you here in the next day or two! Have a safe trip!

Welcome! I've experienced that problem at times and can relate it to a routing error. (I checked the last few times it's happened.) Since I travel around quite a bit for work, I use many different providers, so I see it a lot more than the average home user. I usually wait for a few minutes and it goes away...automagically!
