  3. Propagation can take up to 72 hours in most cases. I know because I can see the new site but if they are the same you might want to make a tiny change on the new site here so you can tell the difference.

  6. Well, the first thing that comes to mind is, did you add the user to the database after you created it? What is the exact error message you are getting?

  10. And more often than not, if there is an actual server issue it is posted in the forums. Always if you are having issues though I would always open that ticket and see. No ruckus caused by the way. All is well.

  19. Did you upload them with an FTP client or something else? It is most likely like what Lisa is referring to and you might need to open a ticket and hive them a list of what needs to be deleted.
  20. Can you be a bit more specific? What kind of files are they? What are the permissions? How were those files put there?

  23. Can you guys please stop asking hard questions. I can only say I dont know so often. I do not know if there are logs kept with this information. You might want to try the helpdesk and see what they say or wait for staff to come along with a "real" answer.
