For what it is worth. I didn't mean to come off in an accusatory manner. More of a follow up from our previous conversation. I did not mean to imply that you were being sneaky or subservient. A helpdesk ticket is usually the fastest way to get an answer on these types of questions though and am not trying to belittle the nature of your request. I do see it as a valid question and need.

Thomas, reply to the ticket and let them know that jikrantz.se and marve.se are on 65. They were on 23 and 72 before moving them to the reseller package with jikrantz.se as the main account. Now both are gone, please restore from backup jikrantz.se from 23 to 65. Cut and paste this if you need to.

I should hope you had your site on 23. You posted in that forum with issues and I am sure you wouldnt do that in the wrong forum. I can confirm your existence on 23 Thomas, now when I ping your jikrantz.se domain I see it is on 65 as is marve. I am thinking there are no entries because tyeh have been move to the reseller account. If someone were to look at data as it was before you got the new account they may be able to see that it was there, maybe a backup or something.

Per the TCH FAQ I will be honest and say that I do not think that one would be provided for the purpose of circumventing the email limitations set forth by TCH. To get a faster response though, please submit a help desk ticket explaining the nature of your request.

If your visitors are accessing the site by the subdomain, as is the purpose of a subdomain, then yes you will.

Sure they can. Think of this as well, we have 70 odd servers with a couple hundred ( give or take ) customers per server. With the amount of staff here, and I don't mean those like me who's usernames are blue but the red ones, it would be a difficult undertaking just to devote the time to monitor one site like that let alone many if it were offered. From my perspective it isn't practical to be able to offer a service like that. A staff member can chime in and say for sure but you might only be able to accomplish something like that with your own server.

The only way I can see this is if you had a dedicated server with your very own IP address. Why you may ask? If someone reports you as spam for one reason or another and you are on a shared server with any other customer all of you are considered spammers and will be added to black lists. You may not get reported but what if someone else does? Then you still are on the list and cant send. Ever try Lyris?

By the way, here is why I am concerned. 1. You signed up today and this is your first post. 99.99% of first posts here are introductions, inquiring about service or questions about existing service. 2. This service looks only to be related to Australian internet users yet you seem to be in South Africa as far as I can tell. Capetown, lots of great whites I believe. These two points together make it look as if you might have an interest in this other that letting us know about a service that some might be interested in. I am not saying this is the case as I welcome posts from all of our members and looks can be deceiving. Forgive me if I have misunderstood and let me know that I have.

You need to add a line to your awstats.conf file. You can ignore a whole ip range or a single ip address. Unless your isp has assigned you a unique ip address, it changes every time you log on and off the internet. It's more trouble than it's worth, you would block your entire ISP or most of it. From AWStats; And again, Lisa beats me to it.

That isnt ALL they are about. And some engines do use those tags so I would continue to use them, dont limit yourself to just one engine when optimizing. Jim, just too fast for me.

Some larger ISP's can have more than one caching server and one may update before the other. Depending on the one you hit can determine the results you see, hence what may have been affecting Bruce.

13 Different name servers across the planet have to be updated. Depending on the one they are accessing will determine what they see as all the name servers update at different times. Then their ISP caching servers may not have updated either. There is no one shot when it comes to DNS updating.

I think TCH-Robert does them on his site and TCH-Mike as well. They may have some pointers too.

Put this in the .htaccess at your sites root >php_flag register_globals off

I am looking for a script to do this, one can not turn it off for a specific account at the server level though, how the question was worded. An individual script may be able to override that for a particular site.
