If you put the three columns in a table and set it to say 100% and then use absolute values for the first two boxes you should be able to set the width of the third column to 100% of whats left. Or coply and paste your code so I can try it how you want it.

Has anyone ever had to deal with competitors submitting your site thru atomatic submission sites. I have heard of it and never had to deal with it until now. It appears someone is submitting my site thru some sort of submission software. When I search for my targeted keywords I no longer find my site. When I type in the url it shows a site for some submission software with my url in their description. My site is no longer even shown. Anybody have any idea what I can do as this is my reseller url for hosting and services. I have already had several successful seo campaigns and don't have much competition were I am. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Eric searchnky.com

Hello Everyone, Dorky Farklesniffer reporting live from the TCH forums. Today is going to be a scorcher.

It is compatible but some of the extra code they put in won't work. I just worked on a site for a friend of mine and he made it in Frontpage. I edited alot of the code and the site still looks fine in Firefox just the extra Frontpage options aren't there. They still work in IE obviously though.

Remember though that when you do a home directory backup from Cpanel it saves a copy in your main folder of your site so you may want to delete it so it doesn't take up extra space. I noticed my site getting larger and larger becaues I do a backup every couple of days. All you have to do is delete them thru file manager. Also what ftp program are you using? I had alot of trouble until I found SmartFTP. It really works well and saves all my logon info so I don't have to type it everytime. Hope this helps as I know nothing about networks and routers.

You will never find another host as fast, family oriented, or most importantly quick to point out when they are wrong. The service I have received since signing up is phenomenal. Any support you need is answered promptly. I once submitted a help desk ticket on lowest priority for a problem that was my stupid fault and they still responded within 1 hour and actually checked to see if it was a TCH problem. I had forgot to change the .JPG to .jpg again and they were very understanding about me wasting their time. I had been with another company that wanted to charge me for asking stupid questions. Support thru these forums also is second to none. Alot of times when I search for a problem thru yahoo or google I find links to these forums. LOL I now come here first then go to search engine.

P.S. php will not run on your machine. You will need to load it to your website just like html or asp files. Total choice servers run the program for PHP you don't have to do anything for that it is already there. So what you need to do is edit the files I mentioned above, load them to your site, then (like Steve said) test test test. I also don't think I had to change any permissions so don't worry about that until later. Also how do you transfer to your site? The filemanager on cpanel takes forever. You might want to check out something like smartftp. It is a download/upload program that you can use to log in and transfer files to your website. It works like MS Explorer so you can just drag and drop files onto the server. That is another thread though. Good luck

I know how hard it is to figure something out on a deadline. It's also frustrating when everyone just tells you to learn something else, but doesn't tell you how. Well..... heres how to use phormjr. On a personal note I have recieved so much help from the family forums here I am glad I can finally return the favor so I hope this helps you..... What you need to do 1. Unzip phormjr.zip -extract is the button in winzip to unzip zip files -extract to a folder on your desktop it will make it easier. 2. Open the folder you extracted to - you will see several files (calm down they are simple and you don't have to know any PHP the wonderful folks that made it made it so you don't have to know any PHP really. 3. The files you need are - ack.html, email.txt, form.html, widgets.phm, phormjr.php, and widgetlog.txt (you need these files loaded on your website when you are finished editing them. What to do with them 1. ack.html- pretty simple it is the acknowledgment your customer gets after clicking submit you can put anything in here you want them to see. 2. email.txt- This is the template for what you will see when they submit it to you. 3. phormjr.php - don't touch this one it is the magic in this process some wonderful programmer out there made this so we can all benefit from his genius. 4. widgetlog.txt- Ok this is were my expertise fails I can't get this one to work either maybe somebody can help me with that. lol I know what it does just gives me an error. Don't worry it isn't necessary for this to work. 5. form.html - this is the html your customer will see. You need to edit it and the email.txt file to have the fields and text boxes you want your customer to see. Remember form.html(customer end) email.txt(your end) 6. widget.phm - tells phormjr.php what to do with form.html and were to send it to. You need to put your email address in this file in place of what is there. This will send the form submit to your email. 7. Now code form.html into your website..... Load all the files I listed above onto your main site and it should all work. Make sure you keep the same format as is already there and you will be alright. This is just as easy as building a website just different file extensions. If you have any questions I will try to answer them. Sometimes I don't explain things very clearly so tell me what you think.

http://www.phorm.com/jr.php3 This is all you'll ever need again when it comes to forms. Also if you are new to web building learn basics of php it will save you a lot of trouble and headaches in the end. Total choice supports it and I have found that I try scripts and things from other languages and the php ones just work. Good luck. There is a tutorial on using phorm jr. somewhere on these forums too. If not I will find it for you.

This is very interesting as my site shows things like missing <p> openers when they are clearly right there. Some other weird things that are missing are there when you look at the code. Maybe I am missing something. Has anyone else used this and been valid?

Thanks for the help figured out the main problem I had nested my PHP include in a table and the top of the table was inserted above my first html tag. Silly me However I am still having a problem with the logo images on the left how do you set the cellspacing in IE to not have any. Thanks P.S. Isn't it weird how when you ask the question to other people its easier to figure out yourself. I worked on this for 2 hours yesterday. Post topic 15 minutes ago for help .... here comes the solution lol.

Because the first URL only had 1 'o' in tattoo.. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thanks for looking guys. I am fixing the main site right now. But I am working on the copy that is found at http://www.livinginnorthernkentucky.com/Lucky13final/index.html That is the one that isn't working. And the one we want to use. I disabled the broken links. I am also going to take out the mouse effects do you think that could be causing the problems. I don't really like them either and don't use them. I am redoing this site that someone else started. Maybe I should just start from scratch. I wanted to use as much of their design as possible. Thanks

For some reason I can't seem to figure this out. It has never happened before. I have a site at www.lucky13tatto.com and it shows up perfect in Firefox. But when you view it in IE it seems to work, then if you click on a link it snaps out and looks really bad. I've made IE work on my other sites, but it doesn't seem to like this one. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks nkycomputers
