Recently I paid my ISP owner to upgrade my account here at TCH(Since I am only 16 and can not have a credit card), I did not understand how the upgrade process works. So I submitted a ticket, after I noticed that the invoice had not been sent in 24 hours. The Help Desk was busy I guess, and I had to go to work in a few hours, I was wanting to make sure that I had this resolved before work so that I knew I had my TCH Bills paid for March. So I talked to Mike in Yahoo! Messenger and the problem was resolved in a few moments of talking to him. He made sure that was what I wanted. He then went ahead and upgraded my account by hand so that I was upgraded and on my Semi-Dedicated Server. Once Again, I have been amazed by TCH. btw Bill, when you read this, you need to give Mike a Bonus or something for his outstanding work in helping people in their time of need!

I am working on a Yellow, 2004 Mustang Convertable. I am only $9k away now! Almost there If I can keep the rest in my pocket untill then.

Well it is actually, DSL by satalite, I think is what they would call it. http://www.getdway.com Which is where I am currently looking, I am just sooo tired of Dial-up. I am giving it another week, this week I will upgrade my TCH reseller account, to a Semi-Dedicated server, then next week I will find me DSL And Big Gorilla, I am still looking for that answer.

Ok, here is the thing. I currently use Dial-up, but I have been getting a MONSTER Connection! I am talking about 26.4 kbs! One thing I can not stand is going SLOW, I am looking into DSL, which I have been looking around alot lately for DSL, the problem is, that I live WAY out in the country. I found a DSL Service that I passed all the tests with flying colors. My System Info is as follows: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, Version 2002 - Service Pack 1 Registered to me. W2047, AMD Athlon XP 2000+, 1.66GHz, 624 MB of RAM. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Now to get to the question, plain and simple, does $599.99 sound good for the Hardware for DSL? I guess it is a opinion type question, but if that is too high for DSL Hardware then I don't want to jump in head first and get cheated out of money. Rather than making a new topic for this, I am going to just post it in here to save space. I have my sqmail embedded into my site, but when I try to login the Login Box for like going to "http://****/webmail" pops up after I click login. But when I login the script gives me this error: ERROR Unknown user or password incorrect. Go to the login page But when I click the "Go to the login page" it works fine, and when my friends go to their accounts using the script, they said it works fine for them. My Script looks like this: <form method="post" action="http://www.tinywizard.net:2095/3rdparty/squirrelmail/src/redirect.php"> <input type="hidden" name="js_autodetect_results" value="0"> User: <input type="text" name="login_username" size="10"> Password: <input type="password" name="secretkey" size="10"> <input type="submit" value="Login"> </form> I have taken the Javascript coding off, and it still works without it. But it seems as though I am the only one getting this error. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong, and how to fix it, would be a huge help.

hmm WxGuy1, I have that problem sometimes, Do you type the entire address out "you@yourdomain.ext" And do you "CLICK" login, or do you hit enter? When I hit enter sometimes it does not work, but when I CLICK login it works fine. Hope this helps!

Now Now Bill! Have you ever thought that Hosting Assured has a leak? And I think someone mentioned "Failure to pay their bill" somewhere above, WHY would someone need help from Hosting Assured to handle a problem with them not paying their Bills? LOL And if you fail to pay your bills, all the hosting companies I have seen have it stated clearly in their Terms of Service that they will remove your site from their servers.

TCH is by far the greatest hosting service on the net today! I think this would explain it Mediation - Is when a customer has a problem with their host and they ask the Third-Party such as Hosting Assured, to assist in working out the problem with the current host.

And is there anyway using a database or script to post the contents of their eMail in my "Thank you page" ? And what command would I use for them to be sent to a "Thank you page" once their form has been submitted, and to have them sent to a Try again page if their eMail failed? Thanks again!

Hey, So here is what I need help with, I am currently working on a "eMail Me Form" which will allow the visitor to eMail me using it... Simple eH? But here is the twist, I want to make it so that the visitor sends me the eMail to "eMail@tinywizard.net" and I send a confirm eMail back to them from a eMail address or alias "reply@tinywizard.net" but if they reply to the message I want it to get bounced back to them. I would also like to add a drop-down menu that when changed from <Select One> would be used as the Subject of the eMail. But I want them to have to change it, I want <Select One> to be Required to be changed from <Select One> so that they HAVE to select a subject related to their eMail. I would also like to have all of the form elements set with the required tag, so what exactly do I add, and where do I add it to make them have to put their info there? I also need help with the part Does that look right? Or did I use the wrong command for the action? Here is my entire script as of now. And here is the big question lol, I want the form to match my site, so I would be very happy and thankfull, if you could also refresh my memory of the commands to change the background, border, text and default value < Which will clear when the focus is set on it of the form objects. Hmmm, Bill, I would be willing to pay for it for my sites, although they are not online businesses, "Just to spend money!" I am willing to go up to $350 a month but that is my limit on webhosting lol, I will be able to start college on my GED in a year !!! First 17 Y/o to graduate in the State of Mississippi and become a national registered EMT!!! lol I can see the headlines!.... So I have to save for college I am going to try my best to score high enough on my GED to go to the Uni. of Southern Mississippi! "Drifts off into a nightdream again!" But it would seem like the Monitoring should be included in Dedicated Servers, as we are paying and trusting TCH to keep our servers safe and running - Or those of us that have people paying for our services lol, my Semi-Dedicated Server is going to be for a game I play alot, and I am going to host groups websites for free, Which I will allow the visitors which also play the game, to donate directly to the creator of the game, which in return will let me have "credits" to get stuff from the store he owns or "donate" stuff for me to give away in contests. ~ If it does not make any sense or it is not a good idea, or if it is alrdy in place, just don't worry about it, I am afterall a kid, and understand absolutely nothing of the need for Monitoring. I also think the site that you have now is great, I would keep it, and just add more info as you need to. And you should not change the "Choice Does Matter" because like everyone has told you, that is what TCH is all about!
