You make modifications in your .htaccess file. You cannot modify the php.ini file as that is server wide. What is it you need to change?

Are you really trying to filter to "Junk E-mail" where you have a space and capital letters? I would create a new folder using Squirrelmail called "myjunk" or something similar and then create a filter similar to this. >$h_X-Spam-Status: begins "Yes" /home/cpanelname/mail/domain/user/myjunk/

I'm sure he meant to submit a ticket to have the files converted.
