  3. Well they are kept clean by Jesse. He walks around with an apron and feather duster of course, keeping everything clean. But you really don't want to see a photo of that.

  11. I have no clue what you have done, but if you were not logged in with your username and password it adds Guest before and after your name. You are not in the dog house.
  12. If you have installed anything from Fantastico that file will be there. Do not delete it.
  13. I was responding to Rizama asking them questions since they cannot access cPanel. Sorry if I confused you.
  14. Thomas has already told you how to access your email via a web broswer. Launch your broswer and enter the address of http://your-domain.ext/webmail. You will be prompted to login. Enter the email address you created in cPanel along with the password you set for the email address. Then select either Horder or SquirrelMail to read your mail.
  15. I will assume incredimail is like any other email client. You would set it up to access your POP email address. You will need to enter your email address, your incoming mail server for POP (mail.yourdomain.ext), your outgoing mail server for SMTP (mail.yourdomain.ext) and you will have to tell it to authenticate you so you can retreive or send email. You do that by telling it to login using the email address you create and password that you set for the account. Depending on your ISP you may have to tell the mail program to use port 26 for outgoing mail instead of 25.
  16. Can we ask why you need to access cpanel or whm from behind a firewall? You can FTP files to your account using port 21 and you can access SquirrelMail over port 80.
  17. At the time I posted that it was allowed. It is no longer allowed, sorry.
  18. Sorry, but the only way I know how to do that would be to upload using an FTP client.
  19. Yep, me too. Thanks Jayson
  20. The reason you can't change ownership in the script is because the web server user "nobody" is creating the files. That user does not have rights to change ownership of files.
