Welcome to the forums Ron This is a server related question. Please open a ticket with the help desk and they can tell you if what you seek is installed or can be installed. As for serving video on a shared server be warned that you can use up your alloted bandwidth quite quickly. And if the server requests cause high server loads your site will be suspended.

To answer the original question. Unless you have a reseller account or park the domain on an existing domain each domain requires it's own hosting account.

I see you are on a new server. It's possible but unlikely that anything has changed but if you open a ticket with the help desk they can take a look.

Well if it was working and suddenly stopped, what's changed? Have they changed something at work? Have you tried using the upload function from home? What happens there?

What version of Wordpress are you using? Are the permissions of the folder you are uploading into read-write-execute for everyone? I personally do not use the upload feature in Wordpress and rather FTP my images to the server.
