To add to what Andy has said, once you create the database and add the user you will also need to edit that information into the 'includes/config.php' file. Remember that your database name and user name will be preceeded with yourCpanelname_. So if you created a database called vbdata the database name in the config file will be yourCpanelname_vbdata. Same goes for the user name.

Hello Cheryl, Every site hosted on an account at TCH requires a domain name. All accounts can have other domains parked on top of an existing domain which lands on the same page as the original domain. Additional domains require either another account or a reseller account.

As for unbalanced DIV's I would assume that he meant they were not nested properly. Run it through a validation site.

Welcome to the forums thriving Make a backup of the database through cPanel. Then you will have to create a new database on your other domain. Then upload your backup to your web space and open a ticket with the help desk and ask them to import the backup into the new database. Install the new copy of Wordpress into your web site, edit the wp-config.php file with the information for the new database. Then log into your admin panel for Wordpress and make the necessary changes on the Options - General tab. After that if you run into problems post back here and someone will try to help you sort it out.
