You are not supposed to access your site by IP number except when setting it up before your domain name propagates. If you have a domain name you can enter a command prompt like this to get the IP. >ping domain.ext

We treat everyone like family here. But if you mean having your site listed on our family pages it must be hosted here and then follow the instructions in this thread.

Make sure you set this line to "yes" to delete the backup after it sends. And your backups will be stored where ever you have this path set to. Hope that helps.

I would open a ticket with the help desk and have them take a look.

I don't see why you couldn't just browse to the folder with the images in your album software to add them.

Well the email is stored within your domain so yes, it's all backed up.

I would say the backups are done daily. I do not want to say it's every 12 hours when it might not be.

The backups that TCH performs on a regular basis are to protect total loss if a system fails. It is by no means a substitute for customers backing up their own sites. Having said that, the only backups required are when changes are made along with databases and email. I personally download all my mail daily to my own machine using POP access even though I do access my accounts using IMAP throughout the day. If I am away for an extended period of time, I download the email when I return. Check out the Backup FAQ thread in the cPanel and Site Maintenance forum for using cron jobs to perform database backups as well as site backups to a remote server using FTP. Remember, your data is your responsibility.
