Since TCH does not control what options the people that provide cPanel and WHM include I don't see how that's possible. TCH could request something like that be added but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it to happen. It is the users responsibility to control the content on their sites.

I would venture to say the last two lines are what was causing the problem. There is no need to add a type and handler for php5.

I agree with OJB, 1024x768 is a good fixed size. And I concur the WebDeveloper Toolbar is one of the best plugins available.
