  1. If the ticket is marked On Hold they are looking into the problem. Please give them time to investigate and get back to you.
  2. Check for deleted files (through the file manager) that you have not removed. Check all your mailboxes for large attachments. When you delete files with the file manager the files are marked for deletion and not actually removed. Make sure you apply the trash can to them.
  3. Glad you have it sorted.
  4. Thanks Thomas
  5. Hi Jason, I'm sure if you posted this question in the SMF Forums you would get a quicker response. I just had a look and there is a thread there that is similar to your problem and someone posted a patch to upgrade the database. Here is a link to the thread I'm referring, but the file attached is not the one you want. At least I don't think it is.
  6. Welcome to the forum mooredn
  7. Thanks Thomas again.... didn't we just have an update?

  9. Please open a ticket with the help desk to sales. I am sure they will answer these questions for you.
  10. If you want to keep them separated you will need a separate instance for each one. You can install each into it's own subdomain. Or you can create a category for each Den and have them all under one instance. There are many picture album plugins available but I haven't found a one I really like. I am currently posting my photos to Flickr and showing them on my blog.
  11. You are going to need to open a ticket with the help desk to get this one sorted out. Sorry can't be of more help than that.

  16. If you do not have a 404 page defined for your site that is a normal error you will receive when something be sought after on your site does not exist. Create a custom 404.php or 404.htm page to be served when links are broken or missing and you won't see the 404.shtml error in your logs. You will also need to include a directive in your .htaccess on which file to show when a 404 error occurs. If you don't have a .htaccess file for your site you can create one using the text editor in cPanel. Add a line similar to this for the 404 error page to display when an error occurs. >ErrorDocument 404 /404.htm

  19. What do you mean does Thunderbird work with email for your website? If you have it sending to an email address for you domain, Thunderbird can retrieve. Thunderbird is an email client like Outlook and Outlook Express. You will have to set up accounts in Thunderbird but yes, it can grab your email.
  20. At the top right of the screen where you log in click the drop down and choose settings. You can change your email address in there.
  21. Sorry your having problems. Have you tried another browser? I don't use either of those webmail options. I use Thunderbird for my email.
  22. Dick changed the settings to show all posts in all forums so it shouldn't be a problem now.
  23. Give me a forum to look at? I just checked the Open Discussions forum and I can see posts all the way back to 2003. Can you provide an example?
