If you figure it out please let me know. I believe it's a Firefox issue because I get this at a lot of sites (non TCH). A simple refresh or CTRL-F5 clearing my cache loads the page just fine.

The error message I'm seeing is: Sounds like the database does not exist or the user you are trying to access it as does not exist or has not been added to the it.

I don't have an iPhone but it should be pretty easy to set up. Make sure you are using your full email address to log into the server.

Let us know how it goes. Your users are stored in the database so they will have to be moved manually if the export/import doesn't get them. The term is "parking". You want to park one domain over another.

Simplest way to move it to another subdomain would be to create the subdomain and then rename the folder it creates, rename your current folder to the new subdomain you created, rename the new folder the old subdomain name. That will set those pointers up correctly. Next you need to change your blog's internal address to the new subdomain. You may need to make an edit in the database. You can then delete the old subdomain if you like. When I moved mine I exported everything, edited the mysql dump and then had the help desk import it back into a new database. Not sure what you mean by 'overlaid' domain to be the default.

That is your user account on the server. These are automatically created when the account is added. It points to your public_html folder.

Are you using FrontPage? If not, you can remove the extensions.
