We have migrated both our Main site SQL Servers and Main Site HTTP Servers to new platforms. We did experience approximately 45 minutes of no working e-mail from the help desk, however this has been corrected. You should see a great increase in the speed of these forum, help desk, main site and help site. This was a well thought out and well executed plan. I am VERY proud of the people involved in this huge migration. This was a very large scale move of large complex databases, content, billing records, invoice material and so on. My team worked for HOURS on this, I am very proud of them. The TCH main servers are very busy machines serving 100's of thousands of visitors. We hope these upgrades will improve your experience here at TCH. I would like to ask if you notice any problems with the site please let us know right away so that we can correct them. We did spend several hours proofing things and we are pretty confident that things are in order. However, if not please post here and we will get things corrected.

Looks like it was more than twice I would suggest you have the Account owner open a ticket to have the block removed and you may want to have someone with access to the site reset your user/password. Also please be advised that anonymous FTP is disabled on all servers, so repeated attempts to login that way will only make the matter worse.

The only issue I can see is your form action, maybe. Is the page you are trying to login from in the forums directory? If not then you need to change ></pre> <form action="login.php" method="post">< to ></pre> <form action="location%20of%20forums/login.php" method="post"><

I'm not sure what your looking for in features but WordPress is a good option and the themes are fairly easy. However, if you are looking for something that supports members WordPress would not be my first choice.

While this script can be tweaked to run on our servers it was designed to be run on a dedicated server.

You should submit a ticket and have our techs take a look at that database. As for deleting your databases, it all depends on if you are using them or not. For example, you wouldn't want to delete the database for an active forum.
