I would expect as both scripts are bound to have some of their files with the same names you can not install more than one in the root.

Sami that's strange, I don't see any difference with IE and FF ? In any case Iván, menu #4 might be worth trying

I generally extract to a folder of the same name I want to use on the server then make my edits and zip up the folder. Upload to public_html and extract so the folder structure is kept intact. The desktop is a folder in windows and not a safe place to keep files.

I would like to know why you can't upload the zip file and extract? That is the most efficient way. What cart is it? The desktop is not a good place to put files.

As I see it you need to give access to the remote site in your cpanel > MySQL Databases, I did find a post by TCH-David that may help.

It does seem that some use flash because they can even though it serves no real purpose for them.
