  15. I would ask the help desk to restore an older version of the database if they can.
  16. How did you make the backup? Did you use cpanel > backup > download the database if so, then just restore it there. If you used MySql then open a help desk ticket to ask for a restore of that database, tell them what the name of the datatbase is.

  21. How are you checking? web mail or an email program on your computer? If on your computer, do you have "leave a copy on the server" checked in the settings? If web mail, do you delete and then empty the trash or whatever its called in your web mail?
  22. Have you tried control-F5 to force your browser to reload the pages?
  23. Remember some forums may not allow this. Check guidelines for that forum.
  24. If http://www.yourtchdomain.com:2082 or http://www.yourtchdomain.com/cpanel does not work then reopen your ticket. if you tried to login repeatedly with the wrong user or password your IP may be blocked.
