Are you saying your ISP will not let you send e-mail using your account with them? or to send through them as other non ISP accounts?

Welcome to the forums monk707 It looks like your DNS has not been changed to TCH yet If you are viewing the site with the IP it may not work until you change the DNS.

I saw this when I changed some files. I put back the originals. Did you make any changes? Any way goto cpanel > backup and download your guestbook database agbook1.gz most likly. Then if you have to reinstall you can remove it first in cpanel > scripts or the folder and database in MySql then reinstall and upload the backup database cpanel > backup upload a database. just some ideas.
