Venusian31 Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 I've been watching you guys for the last few days, checking out your services and reading the forums to learn more about you, and I'm convinced you are the best hosting service out there. I happened to be wandering around in here when I suddenly I got "server not found" errors and your site apparently went down. It came back up very quickly and I went to the server issues forum and was amazed to see that you had ALREADY communicated with your customers about the server outages. What awesome service! I've been having several problems with my current host for the last 6 days and they still haven't gotten it fixed and the only communication I get from tech support is being told to "hang tight" and they will get to me. Well, no more "hanging tight" for me. I get paid on Friday and I plan on moving in with you guys on Saturday. What a great day for a server outage! Thanks guys! Did you do that just to show me how great you are? Quote

LOL, no but I am glad you got a chance to see why we are so happy here. Communication with our host is the best anywhere. If you need anything, just ask your new family.
