Kaula Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 Hi, Im having some trouble undeleting some messages that were deleted from my inbox, they were sent to my deleted items folder which got emptied when i exited OE6. Was hoping somoene has come across this problem before and can help me restore the deleted files! Quote
bellringr Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 I have never been able to recover things deleted from my deleted folder. :/ I accidentally did a shift-delete here at work once but had the wrong thing highlighted, and tech support said there was nothing they could do. I don't know if that's true or not, but usually they're pretty good at doing restores, so I had to believe what they told me. Quote
TCH-Rob Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 To undelete a message, click again on the message. Then click on the Edit menu and select Undelete. The red "x" will disappear, indicating the message is no longer marked for deletion. I do not believe that if you have deleted it and not just marked it for deletion that you can not recover it.
