I try to use the forums instead of the helpdesk if I think other people may be interested in the same question, and it is something not specific to my account.

 

But, if I should use the help desk, then that is what I will do.

Personally, I read all new posts that hit topic areas or titles that are something that might pertain to my business.

 

Thus, I"m glad to see this kind of stuff in the forum and not in a HDT.
