First create an account in cpanel, then set that newly created account as your default account (also in cpanel) That way any unrouted mail (mail not sent to an actual e-mail address you have set up) will go to that account.

Just don't forget to check that accoutn regularly and delete the unwanted messages. Also, if you discover at some point that all the mail in that account is spam/junk then you can set the default address to :blackhole: (being sure to include the colons) and it will simply delete all unrouted mail straight away.
