Hi,

My site has been down for almost 2 days, I went over the bandwith limit, but I submitted a ticket to billing yesterday, and supplied you with payment receipt today (ticket is TIW-66880), for upgrade.

 

I wouldn't like to put too much pressure on you guys :) but could you reactivate my account ASAP. :)

There's no need to feel like we've forgoten about you. I promise we are working hard to get your and everybody else's matters taken care of as soon as possible. If you have anymore comments or want to check on the progress of your ticket, please make a reply on the specified ticket. Thanks!

Like I said, I didn't mean to put pressure on you :) , and I didn't think you forgot about me. Excuse my impatiance, it's my fault that I ddn't ask for upgrade sooner, I didn't expect to exceed the limit, still getting used to the new home :)

BTW, I am just curious, my cpanel is still showing 14 gigs bandwith. When does this get reset, at end of each month, or at end of my billing period, which would be on 24th of the month?
