soundweaver Posted July 24, 2003 Posted July 24, 2003 Hi, I've been having some unresolved email problems with my current hosting provider on similar platform and am considering switching to your service. Have any of your customer accounts ever experienced "unrouteable mail domain" "sender verify failed" errors when using webmail provided with the hosting package? My webhost says I have to set my email to use their smtp server to avoid this but then tell me it's pre-configured in webmail (neomail, horde, squirrelmail) and I don't have access to change it. Does any of this make sense or would you know how to resolve this problem? Quote
