joecav Posted July 24, 2003 Posted July 24, 2003 This is the 1st time I've ventured into the realm of getting a web host, so my level of suspicion was pretty high. I was luck enough to find TCH and sign on a few days ago. Given my level of knowledge about this sort of thing, I have needed some hand-holding and haven't been let down. With anything I buy, I am a stickler for customer service and am pretty hard to please...but here's what I've found... My emails are answered promptly (thanks Dan G., who ever you are ) My message board posts are replied to lightning fast and courteously (no one likes a snide remark to a "dumb" question) Everything else is pretty well-oiled I say nice job guys and gals...keep it up! -Joe Thumbs Up Quote
